Micro Drilling

Mollart Engineering developed compact vertical gundrilling machine (VDM) Micro Drilling for producing holes from 0.5mm to 6mm and up to 300mm in depth on center or close pitch off centers. Process can incorporate tool monitoring, specialized filtration, index patterns drilling and multiple component fixturing with auto loading options.

The Microsprint is available as a 1, 2 or 4-spindle horizontal gundrilling machine for holes from 0.5mm to 6.0mm to a depth of 300mm. Options include counter-rotation and part fixturing on the machine table.
